These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Scribblegiggle website and participation in Scribblegiggle programs. By accessing this site, registering for a session, or participating in a Scribblegiggle activity, you agree to the terms outlined below.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or register for a session.

About Scribblegiggle

Scribblegiggle is an independent, privately operated creative program offering child-led art and play experiences. Scribblegiggle is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the NC Museum of Art or any other venue where sessions may take place.

Registration & Payment

All registrations are processed online and must be completed in full to reserve a spot. Payment is due at the time of registration.

By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and that the information you provide is accurate.

Refunds & Cancellations

Registration fees are non-refundable once purchased, as spots are limited and materials are purchased in advance.

If Scribblegiggle must cancel a session or series due to instructor illness, hospitalization, or a family emergency and the session cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued.

Weather-related cancellations are not refundable unless the cancellation is due to the instructor being unable to teach. Scribblegiggle will always make every effort to reschedule rather than cancel.

Attendance & Participation

Missed classes cannot be refunded or made up. Participation is voluntary, and children are free to engage, observe, or step away as needed.

Caregivers are required to remain present and actively supervise their children during all sessions.

Assumption of Risk

Scribblegiggle activities are informal, recreational, and exploratory in nature and often take place outdoors.

By participating, you acknowledge that creative play and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You agree to assume full responsibility for your child’s participation, behavior, and well-being during sessions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scribblegiggle, its instructor, and any associated venues shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during participation in Scribblegiggle activities or through use of this website.

Participation is at your own risk.

Photography & Media

Photography and media use are governed by the Scribblegiggle Photo & Media Policy. By registering, you agree to the photo permissions selected on your intake form.

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Scribblegiggle and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

This website is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated or changed at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Scribblegiggle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
